Medical Negligence

Gregsons runs a specialist clinical negligence department and has extensive experience and expertise in this area. As such, we have been allocated a clinical negligence franchise by the Legal Services Commission and our team leader, Simon Brennan, is a member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel.

We recognise that, for the most part, the medical profession provides an excellent standard of service but, unfortunately, things do occasionally go wrong, sometimes with catastrophic consequences.

We understand that you are placing your trust in us, having already placed your trust in the medical profession and been let down. We will therefore treat you sympathetically from the outset of your claim through to its conclusion.

We undertake all aspects of clinical negligence work, including claims against private and NHS Trust hospitals, general practitioners, dentists, physiotherapists, etc. We deal with claims of all levels of complexity, including brain injury claims and claims of maximum severity.
