Who are we?

We are a long established firm of Liverpool Solicitors with a specialised Conveyancing Department. In 2007 we upgraded our Information and Technology systems and expanded to new office premises in the Docklands in Liverpool. We offer a modern, efficient and friendly service to our clients.

We are not a Call Centre.

What do we do?

We are experienced in dealing with Newbuild plots and act for a number of Conveyancing Panels with high customer care standards and, through a system of continuous audits, we maintain our high levels of customer care.

Where are we?

Our Conveyancing Departments are based at Brunswick Dock in Liverpool and Holywell in Flintshire.

No move, no legal fee means exactly that. If you decide to withdraw from a sale or purchase for any reason prior to the exchange of contracts, you will not pay any legal fees.

The costs are fixed at the outset and a detailed quote will be provided to enable you to budget effectively.

Specialist dedicated teams will guide you through what can be a stressful time. We understand that for many people dealing with solicitors can be daunting and our processes are unfamiliar, so we aim to provide a service where each aspect of the legal process is explained to allay any stress caused by lack of information.

You will not be passed from one individual to another but will deal with one small team comprising of the named Conveyancer allocated to you and two support staff.

In the busy world we all live in, and whilst we do welcome visits by our clients, with most transactions it is not necessary and they are handled over the telephone and through the post.

Acting on behalf of the housebuilder's customer, Gregsons Solicitors ensure a smooth, quick transaction utilising its case management system. We have many years’ experience dealing with matters with related sales transactions or part exchanges.

We understand the importance of maintaining the channels of communication between solicitors, clients and the site agents to ensure that everyone is kept in the loop. It is for this reason that we have small teams of three comprising of the Conveyancer, a Senior Assistant and a secretary to ensure that there is always someone to answer a query if the Conveyancer is unavailable.
